By accessing or using RecurDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RecurDash is a subscription tracking tool that allows you to manually record and monitor your recurring expenses. We provide reminders, analytics, and organizational tools to help you manage your subscriptions. We do not access, store, or process any banking credentials.

3. Account Registration

To use RecurDash, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Track up to 10 subscriptions at no cost, forever. No credit card required.

Pro Plan: Unlimited subscriptions and additional features for a monthly or annual fee. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time and return to the Free plan without losing your data.

5. Payment Terms

Pro plan payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
7. Data Accuracy

Since subscription data is entered manually, RecurDash does not guarantee the accuracy of the information you enter. You are responsible for keeping your subscription records up to date. Renewal reminders are based on the dates you provide.

8. Intellectual Property

RecurDash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RecurDash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription data remains your property at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

RecurDash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed payments, forgotten cancellations, or financial losses resulting from inaccurate data entry or reliance on the service. RecurDash is a tracking tool, not financial advice.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
