By accessing or using RecurDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
RecurDash is a subscription tracking and reminder tool that allows you to manually record and monitor your recurring expenses. We provide reminders, analytics, and organisational tools to help you manage your subscriptions. We do not access your bank accounts, financial institutions, or third-party services. We do not cancel subscriptions on your behalf — we provide guides and reminders so you can cancel them yourself.
To use RecurDash, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
Free Plan: Track up to 10 subscriptions at no cost, forever. No credit card required.
Pro Plan: Unlimited subscriptions and additional features for a monthly or annual fee. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time and return to the Free plan without losing your data.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The contracting Paddle entity is Paddle.com Market Limited (incorporated in England and Wales, company number 8172165) for orders outside the United States, and Paddle.com Inc. for orders within the United States. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms of Service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes calculated and remitted by Paddle. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price for an additional period of equal length, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By starting a Pro subscription you give your express informed consent to these recurring charges. We will email a reminder before any annual renewal and at least seven days before the first charge that follows a free trial. If a renewal price increases from the price you originally agreed to, we will notify you in advance and seek your consent where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@recurdash.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If your Pro subscription includes a free trial period, the duration and terms will be displayed at checkout. You will receive a reminder email at least seven days before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price displayed at checkout, and you will be charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings without being charged.

Since subscription data is entered manually, RecurDash does not guarantee the accuracy of the information you enter. You are responsible for keeping your subscription records up to date. Renewal reminders are based on the dates you provide.
RecurDash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RecurDash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription data remains your property at all times. Service names and logos that may appear in RecurDash (e.g. in subscription templates) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only — their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
RecurDash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed payments, forgotten cancellations, or financial losses resulting from inaccurate data entry or reliance on the service. RecurDash provides tools to help you organise and observe your subscription spending. It is not financial advice. Decisions about cancelling or keeping subscriptions are yours.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, except that nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
RecurDash is operated by Muhammad Mujahid Abbas, Sole Proprietor, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue of Pakistan and based in Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: support@recurdash.com.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
