1. Overview

At RecurDash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for our Pro plan.

2. Free Plan

RecurDash's Free plan is provided at no cost with no payment required. Since no charge is made, no refund is applicable for the Free plan.

3. Pro Plan — Monthly Subscriptions

If you are on a monthly Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge, provided you have not extensively used the Pro features during that period. After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan upon refund
  • Previously entered subscription data will be preserved
4. Pro Plan — Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, we may offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months at our discretion.

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • Prorated refunds considered after 14 days on a case-by-case basis
  • No refund is available for annual renewals after 14 days
5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with features clearly described before purchase
  • Requests made outside the eligible refund window
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your Pro subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. When you cancel, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. A refund, if approved, reverts your account to the Free plan immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
