If you're not satisfied with RecurDash Pro for any reason, email support@recurdash.com within 30 days of any charge and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked, no qualifiers, no exceptions.
The RecurDash Free plan is provided at no cost. Since no charge is made, no refund applies.

We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings — there is no need to contact us. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period and your account then reverts to the Free plan. Your subscription data is preserved.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds requested directly with Paddle are also honoured under the same 30-day terms.
If you are a consumer based in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from any new subscription, which runs in parallel with our 30-day money-back guarantee. You can exercise either right by emailing support@recurdash.com.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The policy in effect on the date you make a payment governs that payment.
