How to cancel Cash App Mobile

In Cash App, open the Money tab, tap your phone plan, tap Plan under Manage, then Cancel service under Account (Cash App's steps). Keeping your number? Don't cancel. Port it to your new carrier with the account number and PIN under Transfer info, and the plan ends by itself when the transfer completes. Service runs to the end of the current billing cycle, with no cancellation fee and no prorated refund.
