Open claude.ai → Settings → Billing, click Cancel, skip the optional reason survey, then confirm with Cancel plan. You keep Claude Pro (or Max) until the end of the current billing period — cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date or the next charge still goes through. Payments are non-refundable by default, but Claude has a self-serve refund request flow worth trying.
