Sign in at dropbox.com/account/plan, click Cancel plan at the bottom, pick a reason, then Continue canceling or Confirm change. You keep Plus (or Professional / Essentials) until the end of the current billing cycle, then the account becomes Basic with 2 GB — Dropbox does not refund unused time.
