Go to dropbox.com and sign in

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and select "Manage account"

Click "Cancel plan" at the bottom of the page

Select a reason for canceling

Dropbox will try to retain you - click through the offers

Click "Confirm change" to downgrade to the Basic (free) plan
