How to cancel ExpressVPN
Sign in at portal.expressvpn.com/my-subscription, click Edit Subscription, then click Turn Off Automatic Renewal through three confirmation screens until you see "Your subscription has been canceled." VPN access continues until the end of your billing cycle — ExpressVPN does not refund partial periods outside the first-time 30-day money-back window.
Why this score?
Computed from five weighted dimensions: required steps, retention friction, channel restrictions, refund policy, and recovery hostility. See the full rubric.
