Between the 1st and 5th of the month, sign in at fabletics.com/account/profile on a computer, click Skip the Month, then cancel from the membership section of your profile, or call 1-844-322-5384 (24/7) or use live chat. Cancelling on or after the 6th without skipping still bills that month's $69.95. Unused Member Credits stay usable for 12 months after they were issued, but Fabletics deletes your Loyalty Points when you cancel.
