Quick answer

Between the 1st and 5th of the month, sign in at fabletics.com/account/profile on a computer, click Skip the Month, then cancel from the membership section of your profile, or call 1-844-322-5384 (24/7) or use live chat. Cancelling on or after the 6th without skipping still bills that month's $69.95. Unused Member Credits stay usable for 12 months after they were issued, but Fabletics deletes your Loyalty Points when you cancel.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. If this applies to you

If it's the 1st to 5th, skip the month first

Fabletics charges $69.95 on the 6th of any month you haven't skipped, and its help centre says cancelling on or after the 6th without skipping still bills that month. So if today falls between the 1st and 5th, sign in at fabletics.com, click Skip the Month in the window on your homepage and follow the prompts, then cancel. From the 6th on it's too late to skip this month; cancel anyway to stop the next charge.

  2. Open your profile on a computer

Go to fabletics.com/account/profile in a desktop browser. Fabletics' Terms say you can cancel through the "online cancel options in your Account", but its help centre doesn't say where they are. Members who cancelled in 2026 describe a membership section in the profile with a Cancel option, and several say it's easier to find on a computer than on a phone. While you're signed in, spend any Loyalty Points on your Loyalty page first, because Fabletics deletes them all when you cancel.

  3. Click Cancel and confirm

Choose Cancel in the membership section. Members describe a short flow that ends in a standard "Are you sure you want to cancel?" prompt. If anything else appears first, close it and keep going until you've confirmed. If the page only offers chat or phone, which some members saw in 2025, use one of those (see the optional step below).

  4. If this applies to you

If the 1st to 5th comes round within 30 days, skip again

Fabletics' membership page says a cancellation "will take effect after 30 days", though its Terms and help centre don't mention a delay. If the next 1st to 5th window arrives inside those 30 days, sign in and click Skip the Month again so that month isn't billed. Either way, keep the confirmation email, or the chat transcript or reference number if you cancelled that way.

  5. If this applies to you

Cancel by live chat or phone instead

Call 1-844-322-5384 (1-844-FABLETICS), open 24/7. It's the number in Fabletics' Terms, privacy policy and help centre. Or start a live chat from the Contact Us block at the bottom of any help.fabletics.com article. The "How it works" membership page prints a different number, (844) 449-4889, which also appears on other Fabletics pages. Say you want your VIP Membership cancelled, not paused, and ask for a confirmation number before you end the chat or call.

Heads up: Expect to be asked to stay. Members report chat offering a credit to keep the membership, and one says Fabletics' chat bot paused their membership instead of cancelling it. Keep repeating that you want it cancelled until they confirm it.

  6. If this applies to you

Pause instead, if you only want a break

VIP Members can pause for up to three months by phone, chat or online, and Fabletics doesn't bill the $69.95 fee during a pause. It isn't a cancellation: the pause ends on its own (Fabletics says it will remind you first), and then you're back to skipping or paying every month. If you're done with Fabletics, cancel.

  7. If this applies to you

If you were charged after cancelling

Fabletics' help centre says that if you cancel on or after the 6th without having skipped, it still bills that month's $69.95, because billing runs from the 6th to the 12th, and the Member Credit from that charge stays on your account. Contact Customer Service by phone or chat as soon as you see the charge. Fabletics says the team will review your account with you, and that approved refunds take 5 to 7 business days, or 7 to 10 for PayPal.

  8. If this applies to you

    Don't delete your account

Cancelling your VIP Membership and deleting your Fabletics account are separate requests. Fabletics' privacy policy tells members who want to "keep your account and member credits" to cancel the membership rather than delete the account, so leave the account alone until your credits are spent or expired.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be charged after canceling Fabletics?

Not if you time it right. Fabletics charges $69.95 on the 6th of any month you don't skip (its help centre says billing runs from the 6th to the 12th), and cancelling on or after the 6th doesn't stop that month's charge. Click Skip the Month between the 1st and 5th, then cancel. Fabletics' membership page also says a cancellation takes effect after 30 days, which its Terms and help centre don't mention, so skip again if another 1st to 5th window falls inside that time. There's no cancellation fee.

Can I get a refund on a Fabletics VIP charge?

Fabletics publishes no refund policy for the membership fee. Each charge becomes a Member Credit, which isn't cash or store credit, and it stays on your account after you cancel. If you see a charge you didn't expect, contact Customer Service at 1-844-322-5384 or by chat right away. Fabletics says the team will review your account, and approved refunds take 5 to 7 business days (7 to 10 for PayPal).

What happens to my Member Credits, Loyalty Points and tier after I cancel?

Unused Member Credits stay on your account until 12 months after they were issued. Fabletics' help centre says you can still redeem them for a single item up to $100, or an outfit or bundle up to $250; its Terms say an item or two-piece outfit up to $100. Loyalty Points work differently: you lose all of them when you cancel, so redeem them first. Your Gold, Platinum or Black tier may reset if you rejoin, VIP Member pricing ends, and so does access to the Fabletics FIT app. If you have the Fabletics Reserve Card, it still works as a Visa, but it stops earning points.

What is the Fabletics phone number to cancel?

1-844-322-5384 (1-844-FABLETICS), open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That's the number in Fabletics' Terms of Service, privacy policy and help centre, and in the membership box on its homepage. The "How it works" membership page prints (844) 449-4889 instead, a number that also appears on other Fabletics pages. If one line has a long wait, try the other, or use live chat.

Is skipping every month the same as canceling?

No. Skipping is free and you can do it as often as you like, and you keep VIP pricing, Loyalty Points and your tier. But you have to skip again every month between the 1st and 5th, and missing one window costs $69.95. One member who cancelled in August 2026 put it simply: "I don't like having to remember to skip the month."

Can I rejoin Fabletics after canceling?

Yes. You can join VIP again at checkout. Members on r/Fabletics report seeing VIP reactivation offers after cancelling, and some cancel and rejoin to get the new-member deals again. Your old Loyalty Points won't come back, and Fabletics says your tier status and progress may reset.
