Sign in at github.com/settings/billing, open Billing & licensing, find GitHub Copilot, then Manage subscription → Cancel subscription (or Cancel trial during a free trial). You keep paid features until the end of the current billing cycle, then drop to Copilot Free — GitHub does not refund unused time on a normal cancel.
