Givingli's help centre says to cancel Premium in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Givingli → Cancel Subscription, then Confirm. On a computer, use account.apple.com. If Givingli charges your card directly instead of Apple, cancel in the app under Profile → Settings → Payment & Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Givingli refunds no subscription payment, so cancel before the renewal date.
