Quick answer

Cancel GTA+ in the store you bought it from: each store bills its own membership, and a membership only works on the platform it was bought on. On PS5, sign in to PlayStation Account Management, select Subscription, then Cancel below GTA+. On Xbox, select Manage, then Cancel at account.microsoft.com/services. On PC, use Rockstar's GTA+ manage page (Rockstar Games Launcher and Epic) or your Steam account page. You keep GTA+ until the paid month ends, with no refund for it, and a GTA Online ban doesn't stop the billing.
