In the Ladder iOS app go to Settings → Account Details → Cancel Membership, then tap OPEN FORM and submit the Typeform Customer Support Request Form — cancel is not one-tap in-app. If Apple bills you, also cancel under Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ladder. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period; Ladder's terms require canceling at least three days before the next term. Policy: joinladder.com/terms.
