Open mobbin.com, click your avatar (top-right) → Settings → Plan & Billing, then click Cancel plan. Mobbin runs you through a short retention funnel — a "Why are you canceling?" survey, a 20% off save offer (click Decline Offer), and a final "Just a moment, please" screen — before you click Confirm & Cancel. There are no refunds, but you keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, then drop to free Mobbin. Cancel before your renewal date — canceling on the renewal day still bills you for that period.
