Quick answer

Open mobbin.com, click your avatar (top-right) → SettingsPlan & Billing, then click Cancel plan. Mobbin runs you through a short retention funnel — a "Why are you canceling?" survey, a 20% off save offer (click Decline Offer), and a final "Just a moment, please" screen — before you click Confirm & Cancel. There are no refunds, but you keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, then drop to free Mobbin. Cancel before your renewal date — canceling on the renewal day still bills you for that period.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Open Plan & Billing in Settings

Sign in at mobbin.com, click your avatar in the top-right corner, choose Settings, then open the Plan & Billing tab in the left sidebar (Account, Preferences, Plan & Billing, Team, Security). You'll see your Current plan, a banner with your next bill date and the card that will be charged, and your per-month price.

2

Click Cancel plan

On the Plan & Billing page, click the Cancel plan button (it sits next to Manage billing). This opens Mobbin's cancellation flow — a series of modal screens, not an instant cancel.

3

Answer (or skip) the "Why are you canceling?" survey

A "Your Feedback" modal asks "Why are you canceling?" with options: Missing content, Missing features, Budget related, Technical issues, No longer need Mobbin, and Other. Pick one to enable the Next button, then click Next. This is a feedback step, not a barrier.

4

Fill the follow-up field, then click Next

After you pick a reason, a short free-text follow-up appears (for "Budget related" it asks "What price point would seem more reasonable to you?"). You can type a quick answer or leave it blank — it doesn't block cancellation. Click Next to continue.

5

Decline the 20%-off save offer

Mobbin shows a Special Offer modal — "Want a deal? Stay to get 20% off your next billing cycle" with an Accept This Offer button. To keep cancelling, click Decline Offer at the bottom. Accepting keeps your subscription active at a one-cycle discount instead of cancelling.

6

Confirm on the "Just a moment, please" screen

A Final Confirmation modal ("Just a moment, please") spells out what happens: your account stays active until the end of this billing cycle, then you're downgraded to free Mobbin with limited features, and you lose unlimited access and any special-offer price. Click Confirm & Cancel to finalize. Back keeps your plan.

Verify the "Cancellation confirmed" screen

You should land on a "Subscription Cancelled" modal reading "Cancellation confirmed. You won't be billed again." Click Go to Account. Mobbin also emails a confirmation with your access end date. Back on Plan & Billing, the primary button now reads Renew plan instead of Cancel plan — that's your proof it worked.

If this applies to you

Pay less instead of cancelling — switch billing or drop to free (optional)

If the cost is the issue rather than Mobbin itself, you don't have to cancel. From Plan & Billing you can change your billing interval (Mobbin bills Pro quarterly at $15/mo or yearly at $10/mo — yearly is ~33% cheaper), or simply let the plan lapse to the free tier, which still gives you the latest 4 apps and sites, limited flows, and up to 3 collections.

If this applies to you

There's no Apple or Google cancel route (optional)

Mobbin is a web/desktop product and bills through Stripe on the website — there is no App Store or Google Play subscription to cancel. Ignore any advice telling you to cancel through your phone's subscription settings; the only place to cancel is Plan & Billing on mobbin.com.

If this applies to you

Cancelling a Team plan? Do it from the Team's settings (optional)

If you're on a Team plan rather than personal Pro, only the team admin can cancel, and the path differs: click your avatar, select your Team, then Settings → Plan & Billing, confirm you see Team under Current plan, and click Cancel plan. Enterprise customers cancel by contacting Mobbin directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not for the next period — as long as you cancel before your renewal date. The confirmation screen reads "You won't be billed again," and Mobbin emails you the exact date your access ends. The one catch from Mobbin's own billing docs: if you cancel on the day of renewal, that renewal charge still goes through. Mobbin also sends a payment notification 7 days before each renewal, so set a reminder and cancel a day or two early to be safe.

No. Mobbin's refund policy is explicit: "We do not offer refunds. Once you have subscribed to a membership plan, you cannot get a refund for any payments you have already made, unless required by law or at Mobbin's sole discretion." Instead of a refund, cancelling lets you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. EU and UK customers may have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal on a new subscription — contact Mobbin to invoke it. If you think you were charged in error, message Mobbin support before assuming nothing can be done.

Your account isn't deleted — at the end of your billing period it downgrades to the free Mobbin tier. You keep your account and collections, but free limits kick in: access to only the latest 4 apps and sites, limited flows and animations, and up to 3 collections instead of unlimited. Anything beyond those free limits becomes locked rather than erased, so re-subscribing restores full access.

You didn't — and that's the point. Mobbin is a web and desktop product billed through Stripe on mobbin.com; there is no App Store or Google Play subscription. The only way to cancel is on the website: avatar → Settings → Plan & Billing → Cancel plan. If you can't find a Mobbin subscription in your phone's settings, that's expected, not a bug.

Mobbin offers quarterly ($15/mo, billed $45 every three months) and yearly ($10/mo, billed $120 once) Pro billing — there is no month-to-month plan. If a trial or promo applies to your account, cancelling before it converts stops the charge, and you keep access through the paid period. If cost is the real issue, you can switch from quarterly to the ~33%-cheaper yearly plan, or let Pro lapse to the free tier, from the same Plan & Billing page — no need to cancel outright.

Yes. Your account stays on free Mobbin after cancellation, and the Plan & Billing page swaps the Cancel plan button for a Renew plan button. Click Renew plan (or re-subscribe from the Pricing page) anytime to restore Pro — your collections are still there. If you cancelled by mistake and your paid period hasn't ended yet, renewing before the end date avoids any gap in access.
