How to cancel Quo (formerly OpenPhone)
35/100 to cancel
Mostly Compliant, easier to leave than 52 of the 283 we've scored.
Tap a column for what it measures. How we score
Quick answer
OpenPhone is now Quo, and you cancel it in the web or desktop app. Open Settings > Plan & billing, scroll to the bottom and click End free trial, pick a reason, then click Cancel subscription. On a paid plan, Quo's help center says the button reads Cancel Subscription and you confirm by typing "Cancel" and clicking Yes, cancel. A paid plan runs to the end of the billing period with no refund. Port your number out before you cancel if you want to keep it: Quo's own pages give 30, 45 or 60 days for how long it holds numbers, so plan on 30, and porting isn't available during the free trial.
