In Shopify admin go to Sales channels → Point of Sale, open Settings → Point of Sale subscriptions, set each location to Lite (or click Cancel POS Pro → Confirm downgrade). This stops the POS Pro add-on only — not your core Shopify plan. Downgrades apply at the start of the next POS billing cycle.
