In Webflow, canceling a paid Site plan means Downgrade to Starter: open the site's Site settings → Plans, click Downgrade to Starter, pick a reason, type DOWNGRADE, then confirm with Downgrade Site plan. Read the modal's timing line — help docs describe paid features until period end by default (or immediate via Downgrade now), while some modals warn unpublish is effective immediately. Webflow generally issues no refund for unused time. If you also pay for a Workspace plan, cancel that separately under the workspace Plans page.
