Cancellation Steps

Go to crunchyroll.com and sign in

Click your profile icon (top right) and select "Settings"

Go to "Membership Info"

Click "Cancel Membership"
5
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation

Your access continues until the end of your billing period, then reverts to the free ad-supported tier

If you don't see a cancel option, you subscribed through a third party (Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku) - cancel through that platform instead

Note: Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription - your watchlist and history are preserved after cancellation
