Open the DoorDash app or go to doordash.com
Tap/click your profile icon and select "Manage DashPass"
Select "Cancel Membership", pick a reason, and click "Cancel DashPass"
No refunds once cancelled - DashPass benefits continue until the end of the billing period
A pause option is available as an alternative to full cancellation
Chase credit card holders (Sapphire Reserve/Preferred): your free DashPass is through Chase and auto-converts to paid if your card changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
