Cancellation Steps

Go to headspace.com/subscription/manage and sign in (web browser, not the app)

Click "Cancel Membership"

Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Your progress and stats are preserved - access continues until the end of the billing period

Subscriptions are non-refundable, but email help@headspace.com for special circumstances

If subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel through that platform's subscription settings instead
7
Employer/organization subscriptions expire automatically - no cancellation needed
8
You must cancel through the same platform where you originally subscribed
