Cancellation Steps

Go to peacocktv.com and sign in

Click your avatar (top right) and select "Account"

Under "Plans & Payment", click "Change or Cancel Plan"

Select "Cancel Plan" and click "Yes, Cancel" to confirm

After cancellation, your account reverts to the free Peacock tier (80,000+ hours of ad-supported content)

No refunds for unused time - access continues until the end of the billing period

Xfinity/Comcast users: if Peacock Premium is free through your internet package, you cannot cancel it - it expires when the promotion ends
8
If subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon, cancel through that platform instead
