How to cancel komoot
On the web, go to Account Settings → Premium, click Cancel Subscription, skip the "Before you cancel Premium…" retention modal, and click Cancel Subscription again to confirm. Cancelling only stops the auto-renewal — you keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not refund you, but komoot has a separate self-service refund tool (60 days for yearly plans, 20 days for monthly). Cancel on the same platform you bought on.
