In the Strava app, tap You → the gear icon → Your Strava Subscription → Manage Your Subscription, then Cancel Subscription and confirm through the save offer and reason survey. Cancel on the same platform you subscribed on — if Apple or Google bills you, cancel there instead. You keep access until your period ends; full refunds are only within 14 days (Strava-billed) or about 48 hours (App Store / Play).
