Go to strava.com, click your profile picture (top right), then Settings > My Account
Click "Cancel subscription" and complete the process
All uploaded activities and data are preserved - you only lose premium features (segments, route planning, training analysis)
You keep: activity recording/upload, basic stats, route mapping, clubs, and athlete posts
Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - after that, subscriptions are non-refundable
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge
If subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel through that platform's subscription settings instead
Your subscription features remain active until the end of the current billing period
