Cancellation Steps

Sign in at hellofresh.com and go to Account Settings

Click "Cancel Plan" under your plan status

Select a reason for cancellation and click "Continue"

Decline retention offers (click "Cancel Anyway" when prompted with discount codes)

You must cancel by 11:59 PM PST, 5 days before your next delivery - canceling later means you'll be charged for that box

Skip vs. Cancel: skipping pauses specific weeks but keeps the subscription active (must manually skip each week)

You can pause orders for up to 4 weeks as an alternative to canceling
8
No refund for any box already in production or transit
