How to Cancel Peloton

Go to account.onepeloton.com/mymembership and sign in

Click "Manage" next to your membership, then select "Pause or cancel membership"

Follow the prompts and confirm by clicking "Cancel Membership"

Workout history is preserved - without a membership you still get 2 pre-recorded classes and Just Ride on hardware

All-Access ($44/mo for Bike/Tread/Row) and App+ ($9.99/mo) have different cancellation paths

Canceling your membership does NOT cancel any hardware financing agreement - those are separate

If subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel through that platform's subscription settings instead

A pause option is available for All-Access memberships as an alternative to canceling
