This cancels a KOHO paid plan (Essential, Extra, or Everything) — not your KOHO account, which drops to free Non-Member. In the app open My Plan, scroll to Manage my plan (help also says Change my plan), then tap orange Cancel my plan. On web: web.koho.ca → My Plan → Manage my plan → Cancel plan. Benefits run to the end of the billing period; KOHO does not prorate refunds. Official steps: Cancelling a Plan.
