How to cancel Vivid

Vivid has no separate cancel button for Plus or Prime — those are paid tariffs on top of a free Standard account, so you downgrade in the app. Open your profile → Plan, scroll to Vivid Standard, tap Get Standard, then push past Stay on Plus / Keep Plus and tap Confirm. It is app-only. You keep Plus or Prime until the date shown on the confirm screen, then drop to Standard for free (if you stay active). Closing your Vivid account entirely is a different, permanent process.
