How to Cancel Adobe Creative Cloud

Go to account.adobe.com/plans and sign in

Click "Manage plan" next to your subscription, then "Cancel your plan" under "End your service"

Review plan details, select "Continue to cancel", choose a reason, and confirm

Annual plans paid monthly: canceling after 14 days incurs a 50% early termination fee on remaining months

Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase - after that, no refunds but access continues through billing period

Files in Creative Cloud storage beyond the free 2GB tier will become inaccessible - download before canceling

Adobe may offer discount or pause (1-3 months at reduced rate) during the cancellation flow

If purchased through Apple, Google, or Microsoft, cancel through that platform instead
