Go to youtube.com/paid_memberships and sign in with your Google account

Under Memberships, click "Manage Memberships"

Click "Deactivate"

Click "Continue to cancel" (you may also be offered a "Pause" option)

Select your cancellation reason, click "Next", then click "Yes, cancel"

Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle
