How to Cancel Baemin

Step-by-step instructions
Open Baemin Club in the Baemin app
Launch the Baemin app and sign in. Open My Baemin (마이배민), then open Baemin Club (배민클럽). You should land on the Club manage screen showing your benefit status, the date benefits run through, and the next scheduled charge.
Scroll down and tap 해지하기
On the Club manage page, scroll past the benefit-value bars and the Payment history / Payment method buttons. At the very bottom, tap the grey 해지하기 > link.
Pick a cancellation reason
Baemin asks "배민클럽을 해지하는 가장 큰 이유는 무엇인가요?" with reasons such as insufficient benefits, too few Club shops, hard minimum order, or the fee being too expensive. Tap one option. The bottom button stays disabled until you choose.
Tap 배민클럽 해지하기
After a reason is selected, the bottom button turns teal. Tap 배민클럽 해지하기 to submit. Depending on your app version, you may also see a keep-benefits prompt earlier — choose the cancel path, not the option that keeps the membership.
Verify the cancellation confirmation
You should see "배민클럽을 해지 했어요. 언제든 다시 이용할 수 있어요." A toast may briefly confirm the same. If a refund is owed, the screen notes it should process within about three days of the cancel completion date and points you to customer service if it does not. Open Payment history (결제내역) if you want a paper trail.
Expect 해지예약 if you already used Club benefits
If you redeemed free delivery tips or other Club perks in the current period, Baemin often schedules cancellation (해지예약) through the remaining prepaid days instead of ending Club the same minute. You keep benefits until that end date, then auto-renew stops. Members who never used benefits may see a more immediate cancel path.
Check annual early-exit fees before you cancel a yearly plan
Baemin introduced a prepaid annual Club plan in early 2026. Korean press covering the revised Club terms says early termination refunds the unused portion after deducting days already used and an early-exit fee of about 10% of the list price. Confirm the amount shown in-app before you finish — monthly and annual cancel paths are not identical.
Call customer service if 해지하기 is missing on charge day
Some members report the cancel control disappearing on the billing day itself. Wait until after local midnight and try again, or call Baemin customer service at 1600-0987 and ask them to stop the Club auto-renew / process the cancel. Do not assume deleting the app stops charges.
Do not confuse account deletion with canceling Club
Uninstalling Baemin or deleting your account is not the Club cancel flow. Finish 해지하기 → 배민클럽 해지하기 first, confirm the done screen, then optionally remove saved payment methods under Payment method if you want extra protection against a later re-subscribe.
