Quick answer

Bevel Pro bills through your Apple ID — there is no web cancel. In the app: SettingsBevel ProEdit subscription, then cancel Bevel under Apple Subscriptions. Or skip the app and open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Official steps: help.bevel.health. Deleting the app or your Bevel account does not stop billing.

Bevel was the one you remembered

The next renewal is the one you won't. RecurDash keeps the list and emails you before each charge lands.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Know that Apple bills Bevel Pro — not Bevel

Every Pro plan (monthly or annual) renews through the App Store on your Apple ID. Bevel's help center is explicit: you will not be billed directly by Bevel, and Bevel cannot cancel or refund an App Store subscription for you. Check an Apple receipt or Settings → Subscriptions if you are unsure which plan you are on.

2

Open Settings in the Bevel app

Open Bevel and go to Settings. At the top you should see a Bevel Pro row with the app icon — that is the subscription entry point. General rows under it (Account, Appearance, Notifications, and so on) do not cancel Pro.

Bevel iOS Settings screen with a Bevel Pro row at the top showing the Bevel logo, then General rows for Account, Appearance, Notifications, Customization, Shortcuts, and Language, and a Data section starting with Data Sources and Manage CGM
3

Tap Bevel Pro, then Edit subscription

The Manage Subscription screen shows your plan name (for example Bevel Pro Yearly), whether you are on a free trial, and the renew date. Scroll past the feature checklist and tap Edit subscription — that hands you into Apple's subscription tools to change or cancel.

4

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm in Apple

In Apple Subscriptions, select Bevel, tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm. Note the date Pro access ends — Bevel keeps paid features until the end of the current billing period, then drops you to Free (tracking stays; Bevel Intelligence, Health Records, and Biological Age lock).

5

Verify the subscription will not renew

Reopen Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bevel (or the same sheet from Edit subscription). Confirm it shows canceled with an expires / access-until date rather than a future renew date. Keep using Pro until that date if you still want the paid features.

If this applies to you

Skip the app: cancel from Apple Settings directly

You do not need Bevel's Manage Subscription screen. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bevel → Cancel Subscription. On a computer signed into the same Apple Account, use apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Bevel's Membership & Pricing article documents this same path.

If you are still in a free trial

Trial availability and length vary — Bevel tells you to check the in-app upgrade screen. Cancel the same way (Edit subscription or Apple Subscriptions) before the trial converts. Apple generally expects cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time shown on the subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the trial.

If this applies to you

If you already got charged and want a refund

Cancel the renewal first, then ask Apple — Bevel cannot issue App Store refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that paid, find the Bevel charge, and Report a Problem. Apple usually replies within 24–48 hours; decisions are at Apple's discretion. For app bugs or billing questions before you escalate, email hello@bevel.health.

9
If this applies to you

If you have a grandfathered Pro price and plan to return

Existing Pro Annual can keep its preserved price while continuously active; Pro Monthly grandfathering has its own end date on Bevel's help page. If the subscription lapses (cancel or failed payment), Bevel documents a 60-day window to resubscribe at the preserved price — after that, new Pro is at current list rates. Check Settings → Subscriptions → Bevel for the price Apple will charge before you cancel.

If Family Sharing members use your Pro

Bevel Pro supports Apple Family Sharing at no extra cost. If you are the organizer and you cancel, eligible family members lose shared Pro access when your paid period ends. Each family member has their own Bevel Intelligence usage allowance; canceling does not refund credit-pack consumables.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not for a new period, as long as you finished Cancel Subscription in Apple Subscriptions before the renewal date. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, then Free tracking continues. Deleting the app or your Bevel account does not count as canceling — Bevel's Terms say that plainly.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not Bevel. Use reportaproblem.apple.com (or Apple Support) after you cancel the renewal. Bevel's help center states Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours and that refund decisions are at Apple's discretion. EU and UK buyers may still have a 14-day withdrawal right on digital purchases under local consumer law — Apple's process is still the merchant path for App Store buys. Cancel first; a refund alone does not stop the next renewal.

Your account and historical data, logs, and trends stay. You lose Pro-only features: Bevel Intelligence, Health Records, and Biological Age. Free keeps recovery/sleep/strain-style tracking, nutrition and strength tools on Free, and the Apple Watch app, widgets, and complications. Canceling Pro is not the same as deleting your account.

All catalog Pro plans are App Store purchases. Cancel in Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bevel → Cancel Subscription, or open Bevel → Settings → Bevel Pro → Edit subscription and finish there. There is no separate Google Play or Bevel website cancel for the standard US App Store path. Email hello@bevel.health for support questions — they cannot cancel Apple billing for you.

Yes. Use Edit subscription or Apple Subscriptions and cancel before the trial end / renew date shown on that screen. Trial length varies by offer. After a successful cancel you should keep trial access until that date without converting. If a charge still posts, request a refund from Apple and confirm the subscription shows canceled.

Yes. Subscribe again from the in-app upgrade screen any time. Free features and your history remain; Pro features unlock again when the new subscription is active. If you had a grandfathered price, Bevel documents a 60-day grace period after a lapse to resubscribe at the preserved rate — after 60 days you pay current Pro pricing ($14.99/mo or $99.99/yr list for new US subscribers). Switching monthly ↔ annual can also move you to current pricing for the new plan.
