A 12-step walkthrough with real screenshots from the live cancel flow.
Where you cancel depends on who took the payment. Web (Stripe) subscribers open the Stripe billing portal, sign in, and cancel there. iPhone subscribers cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Vibecode — Vibecode's own Manage subscription screen on Free only shows Upgrade to a plan. Either way, access continues until the end of the paid period; Vibecode does not give pro-rata refunds.
The next renewal is the one you won't. RecurDash keeps the list and emails you before each charge lands.
No bank login.

See Vibecode's pricing, tiers, and difficulty score in one page. Vibecode ranks #89 of 235 by cancellation difficulty.
Vibecode bills through Stripe on the web and through Apple (and Google Play) in the mobile apps. Check a recent receipt: a Stripe / Vibecode web charge means the Stripe portal; an "Apple" or "Google Play" line means you cancel with that store. Deleting the Vibecode app cancels nothing.
Go to billing.stripe.com/p/login/6oE8Ae7Xj8z8bPa8ww (the link Vibecode publishes in its docs), enter the email on your Vibecode account, and open the magic link Stripe emails you. You can also sign in at vibecodeapp.com/account and click Manage Subscription — that lands you in the same billing controls.
In the portal, open your Vibecode subscription and choose Cancel subscription (wording may say Cancel plan). Confirm when Stripe asks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term — you keep building until that date, then drop off the paid plan.
Stay in the portal (or return to vibecodeapp.com/account) and confirm the subscription shows a cancellation / ends-on date rather than a next renewal. Keep the confirmation email. Glance at your statement on that date — Vibecode's terms say you get no pro-rata refund once a period is paid.
On iPhone, open Vibecode and go to Profile or Settings (docs call both). Scroll the list until you see Manage subscription — credit-card icon, below Redeem promo code — and tap it. You'll also see Credits balance on the same screen.
On a Free account, Manage subscription shows Free with a YOUR PLAN badge and a green Upgrade to a plan button, plus "Subscribe for $19.99 / month. Cancel anytime." That screen does not cancel an Apple subscription; it is the upgrade path.
Tapping the Free YOUR PLAN card expands a checklist ($2.50 credits, Premium models, prompt-based building, and more). Expanding it still leaves only Upgrade to a plan at the bottom — there is no Cancel button on this Free manage screen.
Open the iPhone Settings app (not Vibecode), tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Vibecode, then Cancel Subscription. Apple emails a confirmation. Vibecode's docs point here for every iOS subscription cancel; paid access continues until the App Store period ends.
Canceling the plan does not always stop credit auto-reload. On the web, open vibecodeapp.com/account/subscription, review auto-reload, and turn it off if you do not want top-ups when the balance runs low. Vibecode says iPhone users should still use the web app for this setting.
Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (or Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), select Vibecode, and Cancel subscription. Vibecode's Terms link the same Google cancel article. Access runs to the end of the Play billing period.
Code download and SSH to Cursor sit on Pro and Max. If you need the source, export while the paid period is still active (long-press a project → Download Code, or the Export/SSH flow). Canceling drops you toward Free limits at period end; projects stay, but paid capabilities go away.
Unused credits roll into the next cycle and never expire, per Vibecode's Plans and Credits docs. After cancel, you keep any leftover credit balance for prompts, but plan perks (image/sound generation, Vibecode Cloud, App Store submission, priority support) follow the tier you land on when the paid term ends.
RecurDash keeps track of what you're paying for and emails you before each renewal — so the next cancellation happens on your schedule, not after the charge. No bank login required.
