Go to max.com and sign in

Click your profile icon, then select "Settings"

Select the "Subscription" tab

Click "Manage Subscription" (if this button is missing, you are billed through a third party)

Click "Cancel Subscription", then "Continue to Cancel"

Select "Yes, Cancel Subscription" to confirm
