How to Cancel Max

Go to max.com and sign in

Click your profile icon and go to "Subscription"

Click "Cancel Your Subscription" and confirm (if this option is missing, you're billed through a third party)

Your profiles, watch history, and settings are saved for approximately 6 months if you rejoin

No refunds are given - not even for yearly subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the billing period

If billed through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, or a cable provider (AT&T, Spectrum, Xfinity, etc.), cancel through that platform instead

Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription - cancel at least 1-2 days before your billing date to avoid charges

Check max.com/subscription to identify which platform is billing you if you're unsure
