How to Cancel MasterClass
Cancellation Steps
Sign in at masterclass.com (must use web browser - cannot cancel via the app)
Click your profile/account menu (top right) > Settings > Membership
Click "Cancel Membership" and select "Cancel Now" to confirm
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: full refund within 30 days of initial purchase (not renewals) - email support@masterclass.com
Access continues through the end of your current billing period - no prorated refunds after 30 days
If subscribed via Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku, that platform's refund policy applies instead
Auto-renewal charges at the then-current rate if not cancelled before renewal date
You'll receive a confirmation email after cancellation
