Go to accounts.nintendo.com and sign in

Click "Shop Menu" > "Nintendo Switch Online"

Find "Automatic Renewal" and set it to "Off" - this is how Nintendo handles cancellation

Confirm your choice - you keep all benefits until the current membership period expires

On Switch: open Nintendo eShop > your user icon > Nintendo Switch Online > turn off Automatic Renewal

Cloud save data may be kept for ~6 months after expiration, but this is not guaranteed

Family plan: only the Family Group admin can turn off auto-renewal
