Step-by-step instructions
Sign in at betterhelp.com, go to Menu > My Account > Payment Settings
Click "Cancel Membership" (or "Change Plan/Quit Counseling")
Select the cancel/quit option from the pop-up and confirm
Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period (billed every 4 weeks)
You lose access to your therapist and messaging after cancellation
Message history is retained unless you request data erasure via My Account > Personal Information > Request Erasure
