How to Cancel Noom

In the Noom app: tap your profile picture > Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription

On web: sign into the Noom Subscription Portal and click "Cancel Subscription"

Expect multiple retention screens with offers to pause, discount, or change plans before reaching the actual cancel button

Keep clicking through all retention offers until you reach the final cancellation confirmation

Free trials auto-convert to paid subscriptions - cancel BEFORE the trial ends to avoid charges

If subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel through that platform instead - Noom cannot process those cancellations

You must have the Noom app installed to cancel through the app - if uninstalled, use the web portal
