How to Cancel Notion
Cancellation Steps
Sign in to Notion on desktop (cannot cancel from mobile app)
Click "Settings & Members" in the left sidebar, then select "Plans"
Click "Downgrade" next to the Free plan option and confirm
All pages, databases, and content remain intact - nothing is deleted on downgrade
Free plan limits: 5MB file uploads, 7-day page history (vs 30), 10 guest max, 1,000 blocks on multi-member workspaces
Only workspace Admins can downgrade - non-admins cannot see the cancel option
Refunds: monthly billing within 3 days, annual within 30 days - email team@makenotion.com
Tip: export your workspace first via Settings > Export all workspace content before downgrading
