How to Cancel Zoom
Cancellation Steps
Sign in at zoom.us, go to Plans and Billing > Plan Management
Click "Manage" on your plan, then "Cancel Plan" > "Cancel Subscription"
Select a reason and click "Continue" to confirm
Your account reverts to the free Basic plan (40-minute group meetings, 100 participants, no cloud recording)
Cloud recordings are permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation - download any recordings you want to keep BEFORE canceling
Only account admins/owners can cancel - regular members cannot modify billing
Annual plans may qualify for a prorated refund within 30 days of renewal - refunds take 5-10 business days
If subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel through that platform instead
