Cancellation Steps
On PS5: Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Cancel
On PS4: Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Subscriptions > Cancel
On web: go to store.playstation.com, sign in, navigate to Subscription Management > Cancel
All tiers (Essential, Extra, Premium) follow the same cancellation process
Monthly claimed games remain in your library but are locked until you re-subscribe - purchased games stay yours
Cloud saves are retained but inaccessible without an active subscription
Refund eligible within 14 days of initial signup only (not renewals) - usage may reduce the refund amount
No pause option - you must cancel and re-subscribe later if you want a break
