Sign in at loom.com/settings/workspace#plans, click Manage Subscription, then Downgrade to Starter, pick a reason, and confirm with Complete cancellation. Loom doesn't have a "cancel" button — the downgrade flow is the cancel flow. You keep Business or Business + AI features until the end of the current billing cycle, then drop to the free Starter plan (25-video, 5-minute limit). Loom does not offer prorated refunds through the UI.
