Sign in as a billing owner, admin, or super admin at app.asana.com/admin/billing, click Cancel plan under Plan details, pick a reason, check the acknowledgement box, then click Continue to cancel and confirm on the summary screen. Your plan stays active until the current billing period ends — Asana does not issue prorated refunds for self-cancellations.
