How to cancel Miro

49 / 100 Mostly Compliant Higher means harder to cancel

Sign in at the Miro dashboard, switch to the team that owns the subscription, then open Admin console → Billing. Under Billing actions, click Cancel subscription, continue through the reason screens, and confirm with the final Cancel subscription button. Paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period; Miro does not refund unused time, and boards become view-only rather than being deleted.

Why this score?

Computed from five weighted dimensions: required steps, retention friction, channel restrictions, refund policy, and recovery hostility. See the full rubric.
