Quick answer

Sign in at blueapron.com, open Account → Autoship & Save, click Cancel plan, then confirm with Yes, cancel Autoship. This stops future weekly deliveries. Cancel before your "Changeable Before" cutoff (about 5 days ahead of your delivery day) — any order already marked "processing" or "shipped" still ships and is not refunded.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Sign in and open Autoship & Save

Go to blueapron.com and sign in, then open your account and click Autoship & Save in the left sidebar. You'll see your Autoship summary: the meal kits and pre-made meals on the plan, total servings, delivery day, frequency, address, and payment method.

2

Click "Cancel plan"

At the bottom of the Autoship summary card, click the red Cancel plan link. This is the meal-kit subscription itself — not the same thing as the Blue Apron+ membership, which you cancel separately on the Blue Apron+ page.

3

Confirm — and ignore the "Skip" deflection

A modal asks "Are you sure you want to cancel your Autoship? You will be missing out on 5% savings on your deliveries." Click Yes, cancel Autoship. Do not click "Skip my order instead" unless you actually want to keep the subscription — skipping only pauses one week and you'll be billed again later.

4

Submit the reason (optional)

You'll see "Your Autoship has been canceled" along with a short survey asking the primary reason (menu choices, flexibility, quality, price, shipping, switched services, or Other). Your cancellation is already done at this point — pick a reason and click Submit, or just close the box with the ✕. Neither affects the cancellation.

Confirm the cancellation stuck

The Autoship & Save page now shows a Re-enroll with Autoship button where the plan summary used to be. That button is the proof your Autoship is canceled — no further weekly deliveries will be scheduled. (Clicking it would restart the subscription, so leave it alone.)

If this applies to you

Check for any order already locked in

Open your Upcoming page. If a box is already past its "Changeable Before" date — marked "processing" or "shipped" — canceling does not stop or refund it. You're responsible for that charge and the box will still arrive. Only orders still inside the editable window are actually stopped by the cancellation.

If this applies to you

Cancel Blue Apron+ separately if you had it

If you were also a Blue Apron+ member (the $9.99/mo free-shipping perk), canceling Autoship does not cancel that membership. Go to the Blue Apron+ page in your account to cancel it on its own.

Frequently Asked Questions

No future weekly orders will be created once you cancel your Autoship. The exception is any order that already passed its "Changeable Before" cutoff (about 5 days before delivery) — if it's marked "processing" or "shipped," it still ships and you're charged for it. Cancel before that cutoff to avoid one last box.

Skipping pauses a single week but keeps your subscription active, so you'll be billed again in future weeks. Canceling stops all future Autoship deliveries. The cancel modal pushes "Skip my order instead" as a save offer — if your goal is to stop being charged entirely, choose "Yes, cancel Autoship," not skip.

Blue Apron does not refund orders already marked "processing" or "shipped" at the time you cancel — per their Terms you remain responsible for those charges. For boxes with missing or damaged items, contact Support for an account credit; that's handled separately from canceling the subscription.

Each order has a "Changeable Before" date shown on your Upcoming page — typically about 5 days before the scheduled delivery day. Cancel (or skip) before that date and the upcoming box is stopped. After it, the order locks and ships regardless.

No. The meal-kit Autoship subscription and the Blue Apron+ membership ($9.99/mo for free shipping) are separate. Canceling Autoship stops your weekly meal deliveries but leaves Blue Apron+ active. Cancel Blue Apron+ on its own page in your account if you no longer want it.

Yes. After canceling, the Autoship & Save page shows a "Re-enroll with Autoship" button. Click it to restart the subscription and your 5% Autoship discount. Your account, saved preferences, and address remain on file, so re-enrolling takes seconds.
