Go to disneyplus.com and log in (must use web or mobile browser, not a TV app)

Click your avatar/profile icon

Select "Account"

Under the "Subscription" section, find your active plan

Click "Cancel Subscription"

Select a reason for canceling and confirm - if billed through Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku, cancel through that platform instead
