How to Cancel Feeld

Quick answer

Feeld cannot cancel your Majestic membership — Apple and Google handle the billing, so you cancel in the App Store or Google Play, not in Feeld. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Feeld > Cancel Subscription > Confirm. Feeld warns that deleting your Feeld account will not cancel the subscription — the charge keeps coming until you cancel with the store.

Feeld was the one you remembered

The next renewal is the one you won't. RecurDash keeps the list and emails you before each charge lands.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Cancel at least 48 hours before your next payment

Feeld's own guidance is to cancel "at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment" — stricter than Apple's usual 24-hour rule. Check your renewal date first so you don't cancel a day too late and get billed for another full cycle.

2

Do not delete the app or your Feeld account first

This is the mistake that costs people money. Feeld states it plainly: "Deleting a Feeld account will not automatically cancel a paid subscription." The membership lives with Apple or Google, not with Feeld, so removing the app or wiping your profile leaves the charge running with nothing left on your phone to remind you.

3

Protect your private photos and Incognito before the membership ends

Majestic's two privacy features fail open, not closed. Feeld's cancellation article warns that private photos "will cease to be private and will be visible to all members," and that with Incognito gone "your profile will be visible to all members unless it's been deactivated." Remove or re-lock anything you do not want public before the cycle ends.

4

Open the Help menu in Feeld

In the Feeld app, go to Settings and open Help. You'll see three rows: Contact support, Help Center, and Cancel membership & refunds. Tap Cancel membership & refunds.

5

Follow the link through to Apple's cancellation article

Tapping through opens Apple's support page "If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple" inside an in-app browser. Tap the blue Cancel a subscription button on that page to jump to your subscription list.

Select Feeld in your subscription list

Find "Feeld: Date & Meet New People" in your Subscriptions list and tap it. The sheet shows your current plan term — Majestic Membership 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year — along with your renewal price and date.

7

Tap Cancel Subscription, then Confirm

Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the sheet. A Confirm Cancellation dialog appears telling you the exact date your access ends, with Not Now and Confirm buttons. Tap Confirm.

Check for the cancelled banner and note your expiry date

The sheet should now read "You have cancelled your subscription" in red, with the date your access expires and a Renew button underneath. Note that date. You keep every Majestic feature until then, and Feeld drops you to a free membership when the cycle ends.

If this applies to you

If you subscribed on Android through Google Play

The route is Google's, not Feeld's: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, pick Feeld and tap Cancel subscription. You can also do it in a browser at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Feeld links to Google's own article for this and cannot cancel it for you.

If you also want a refund for a charge already taken

Refunds are the store's decision, never Feeld's — "Only the app stores can issue refunds for their apps, including Feeld." Request one through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. Feeld rules out refunds for partially used, unused, or accidental purchases, and for simply disliking the app.

If this applies to you

If Feeld is not in your subscription list, or you started a new profile

The subscription sits with the Apple ID or Google account that paid, which may not be the one you are signed in with — check any other account you use on that device. If you made a fresh Feeld profile, a membership can only be carried across on the same device using the same store account, via Settings then Upgrade to Majestic then Restore subscription. On a different device or store account, Feeld says you must cancel the old membership and subscribe again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not if the cancellation went through with Apple or Google. The confirmation is the red "You have cancelled your subscription" line in the store's subscription sheet, along with an expiry date — if you don't see that, you are still subscribed. Feeld itself has no cancel button and, in its own words, has "minimal access to your billing information," so checking the store is the only reliable confirmation. Cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date, as Feeld recommends.

Only from the store that charged you. Feeld states that "all purchases and refunds are managed by the App Store and Google Play" and that "only the app stores can issue refunds." Feeld rules out refunds for partially used, unused, or accidental purchases, or for disliking the service. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or use Google Play's refund form. Buyers in the EU and UK may also have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases, which is a separate legal route to the store's discretionary policy. Crucially, a refund does not cancel anything — Feeld warns that "requesting a refund won't cancel a recurring Majestic membership subscription," so do both.

No, and this is the single most expensive misunderstanding about Feeld. Feeld puts it directly: "Deleting a Feeld account will not automatically cancel a paid subscription. If you're a Majestic member, you'll need to cancel your subscription directly with the App Store or Google Play store." Deleting only the app does even less. Pausing your account is the same problem in a quieter form — you keep being billed while the app is unusable, so nothing prompts you to notice. Always cancel with the store first, then delete or pause.

Your account and connections stay — you simply become a free member, and Feeld's free tier still lets you browse, connect, and chat. What changes is privacy, and it changes in the risky direction. Feeld warns that private photos "will cease to be private and will be visible to all members," and that without Incognito "your profile will be visible to all members unless it's been deactivated." Unlimited likes, Who likes you, Last Seen, and History also stop. Sort your photo and visibility settings out before the cycle ends, not after.

Because Feeld runs personalised introductory offers rather than publishing fixed prices. Its own pricing FAQ says the cost "varies by location" and tells members to "check the current cost directly in the app," so there is no public price list to compare against. If you took a discounted first period, the store's subscription sheet is where the real recurring figure is disclosed — it names the promotional amount, the regular amount, and the date the higher one starts. Check that sheet before the promotional period ends, and note that cancelling gives up the promotional rate permanently.

Yes. Cancelling leaves your account intact as a free membership, so you can upgrade again any time from Settings via Upgrade to Majestic, or tap Renew in the store's subscription sheet before the current cycle expires. Expect to pay the standard rate rather than any introductory offer you had.
