Open Subscriptions in iPhone Settings

Fixtured+ bought on an iPhone or iPad is an App Store subscription, so Apple is the one that stops the renewal. Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then Subscriptions. From any browser, sign in at account.apple.com and open Subscriptions.

Tap Fixtured, then Cancel Subscription

Tap the Fixtured row. It shows your plan, Monthly Fixtured+ or Annual Fixtured+, and the date it renews. Tap Cancel Subscription, scrolling down if you don't see it. During a free trial the button reads Cancel Free Trial instead.

Tap Confirm and check for the red expiration message

Apple asks you to confirm and shows the date your access runs to, so tap Confirm. Apple's own test for a finished cancellation: the Fixtured screen now shows an expiration message in red text and no Cancel button. Fixtured's terms say you keep Fixtured+ until the end of the period you paid for, and no renewal charge follows.

Tap the profile icon at the right end of the tab bar to open Settings, then tap Manage Subscription under Fixtured+. The card shows your plan, "Your next charge is" with the amount and date, and App Store if Apple bills you. Tap Cancel subscription and pick a reason on "Why are you cancelling?": Too expensive, Don't use the app, Not valuable enough, Missing sports/competitions, Missing features or Other. Only Apple can stop an App Store renewal, so finish on Apple's subscription screen if it opens, or use the steps above. Once it's done, the "Your next charge" line is gone from the card. Change plans only switches between monthly and annual billing, and you stay subscribed.

If you subscribed on Android through Google Play

Fixtured for Android arrived on Google Play in August 2026, and its listing includes in-app purchases. If your receipt came from Google Play, open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or the Play Store app, then your profile icon, Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Select Fixtured, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Google says uninstalling the app won't cancel the subscription, and you keep access for the time you've already paid for.

If Fixtured isn't in either subscriptions list

Search your email for "receipt from Apple" and check which Apple Account paid, then sign in with that account to cancel. If the receipt names a family member's account, they have to cancel it: Apple doesn't let you cancel a family member's subscription. On Android, switch Google accounts in the Play Store and look again. Still nothing? Email hello@fixtured.com. Fixtured's terms list contacting the company as a way to cancel, and App Store reviewers describe its support as quick to reply.

No, once the cancellation goes through with whoever bills you. On Apple, the Fixtured screen in Subscriptions shows an expiration message in red and no Cancel button. On Google Play, you keep access for the time already paid and the renewal stops. Fixtured's terms say you can use Fixtured+ until the end of the current period and won't get that period refunded, so what matters is cancelling before the renewal date. If you started from Manage Subscription in the app, check that the "Your next charge" line has disappeared.

Fixtured's terms say paid subscription fees are non-refundable "except when required by law," though the company may consider "certain refund requests" case by case. Apple or Google took the payment, so that's where the request goes. For Apple, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose I'd like to, then Request a refund, and pick the Fixtured subscription. Apple decides and says to expect an update within 24 to 48 hours, and consumer-law rights in your country still apply. For Google Play, ask through Google Play's refund process. The terms also say EU users keep the mandatory protections of their country's law. If a store turns you down, email hello@fixtured.com and ask.

Fixtured+ keeps working until the paid period ends. Then you're on the free plan: up to 10 teams and competitions in your watchlist, six months of events, single games, hidden events and no ads. The Fixtured+ extras stop, meaning the unlimited watchlist, Calendar Sync, competition granularity, custom notification timing and custom app icons. Fixtured doesn't say what happens to watchlist items beyond the free 10, or to Calendar Sync feeds already added to your calendar app. Write down your full watchlist before your end date, and check afterwards whether any Fixtured calendar in your calendar app still updates. Cancelling Fixtured+ doesn't delete your Fixtured account.

Yes. Some versions of the Fixtured+ paywall offer 7 days free on both the monthly and the annual plan ("Try free for 7 days"), and the trial becomes a paid plan when it ends. Apple says to cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends, so treat it as six days. On Apple the button reads Cancel Free Trial. Inside Fixtured, the Manage Subscription card marks a trial with a Free Trial badge and shows the date of the first charge.
