A 8-step walkthrough with real screenshots from the live cancel flow.
Sign in at app.frame.io, go to Settings → Billing, click Cancel Free Trial (trial) or Cancel Plan (paid), answer the survey, then click Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account downgrades to the free plan.
The next renewal is the one you won't. RecurDash keeps the list and emails you before each charge lands.
No bank login.

See Frame.io's pricing, tiers, and difficulty score in one page. Frame.io ranks #200 of 235 by cancellation difficulty.
Go to app.frame.io and sign in. In the left sidebar, click your account name, then Settings. Select Billing from the sidebar — this is where your plan, member seats, payment info, and cancel button live.
At the top of the Billing page you'll see your current plan and two buttons: Cancel Free Trial (or Cancel Plan if you're on a paid subscription) and Manage Plan. Click the cancel button. The screenshots below show the free trial cancel flow — the paid-plan flow uses the same modals but the button reads "Cancel Plan" instead.
A "Cancel free trial" modal appears asking why you're canceling. The five options are: "It's missing a feature I need", "I prefer a different solution", "I finished my current project", "It's too expensive", and "Other". Select a reason to enable the Next button, then click Next.
If you selected "It's too expensive", Frame.io asks a follow-up: "At what price would Frame.io be expensive, but not out of the question?" Type a response or leave it blank and click Next. This step only appears for the pricing reason — other reasons skip straight to confirmation.
The Confirm Cancellation dialog shows exactly when your cancellation takes effect and warns that your account will downgrade to the free plan with reduced storage. Read the date, then click the red Cancel Subscription button. "Don't Cancel" takes you back if you change your mind.
A green "Your subscription has been cancelled" toast appears at the top of the page. The Billing page now shows Reactivate Free Trial (or Manage Plan for paid accounts) instead of the cancel button, along with the exact date your plan ends. If you change your mind, click Reactivate Free Trial to resume where you left off.
The cancel flow is identical — the only difference is the button label ("Cancel Plan" instead of "Cancel Free Trial") and the modal title ("Cancel plan" instead of "Cancel free trial"). Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. There are no prorated refunds: you keep full access until the period ends, then your account downgrades to the free plan. Frame.io's pricing FAQ states: "you may cancel at any time during your billing cycle and you'll retain full access to that plan until the end of that billing cycle."
The free plan includes only 2GB of storage (vs. 2TB+ on Pro/Team). Frame.io warns: "you may need to delete files to stay within the reduced storage limit." Download any projects you want to keep before your paid period ends — once the free plan kicks in, you won't be able to upload new files if you're over the limit.
RecurDash keeps track of what you're paying for and emails you before each renewal — so the next cancellation happens on your schedule, not after the charge. No bank login required.
